How To Analysis Traffic By Using Google Analyzer

What service do you use to analyze yourblog traffic? is it FeedJit live traffic? Sitemeter traffic counter? or anything else? And what you get from those service? Yes, you only get a little amount of information about the traffic of your blog. So, why getting an enormous amount of information about the traffic of our blog is necessary for us? Well, there are so many answers such as we can set our goal (the amount of traffic we want to achieve), we can improve our SEO or SERP, even we can maximize our AdSense Earning! Thus, this time i give you a little basic knowledge ofusing Google Analytics (for blogspot user only!)

::. Step-by-Step


  1. Sign Up Yes, just like the other services, we need to sign up first to get our unique identity to log in. Go to Google Analytics, click the sign up button. But, if you already have a google account use your email and password to sign in. Next, you will be brought to a window which allow you to insert the URL of your blog you want to analyze. Also give the blog account name which is easy for you to remember. Notice that you can also analyze more than one blog with google analytics. Next step is select the country your site based in, and select the appropriate time zone. Click continue, in the next window give your contact information and click continue. Click Yes to show them that you agree with Google Terms of Service. Click Create New Account.

  2. Insert Google Analytics code to Your Blog imageFind the tag, and put your Google Analytics code above that tag. Save your template.
    Keep in mind each time you change your blog template, each time you change your blog template, you should copy paste your Analytics code to your new HTML code again. 





::. Analyze your Blog Traffic and Performance

There are so many things provided by Google Analytics, with it you can easily check how many visitors you reach per day, where do they come from, or which content of your blog is the most popular. And I will give you a little explanation about getting an overview about your blog traffic.

  1. First off, sign in to Google Analytics with your account
  2. Once, you will see the overview of your account. click the link and you will be brought to the advance mode.
  3. There, you can see your blog report in details by clicking 'View Report' Link.
