How to Increase Your Online sales with customer.

There are many ways you can increase your earnings and improve
profits this year.

You could always raise your prices hoping that your customers will
be willing to shell out more, but that may backfire and is something
you really wouldn't want to try unless you also increase the
perceived value of your product or service.

A much better and easier approach is to increase the number of times
people buy your product or service. Unfortunately, many business
owners usually neglect the strategy of getting customers to return
more frequently.

You can use a post card, website or e-mail to stay in touch with
your customers, increase customer loyalty and facilitate repeat
sales time after time – and it is much simpler than you would think.

Having even a basic website can significantly simplify the task of
staying in touch with your customers. Of course you still need to
create a compelling offer to bring people in and straight discount
is not always the best thing to do.

Consider this, what would be easier for you: to bring in a new
customer who knows nothing about you or a customer who already
purchased from you in the past? There is no doubt that selling to
existing customers is much easier and less expensive.
While you can plan big promotions far in advance, you should also
consider creating mini promotions as often as you can. Here is an
example; if you are having a store-wide sale, you may want to tell
your customers a week or two in advance. However, if you are
operating a restaurant or a fast food place, you can have mini
promotions every other day.
It would be easy to send out a quick invitation to your customers
to join you for lunch or dinner and get a special bonus with the
order. All you need is e-mail address to send them an invitation.

Are you collecting contact information from your clients? If not,
you are missing a huge opportunity to stay in touch and increase
your bottom line. You have probably noticed that many businesses
are collecting contact information, but not everyone is using it
wisely. You can create an entire follow-up business by maintaining
relationship with existing customers.

If you business is a bit slow, you have to get creative. You have
to come up with various methods of inviting customers back. Since
each business is different, you can create an unlimited number of
unique offers that can be used as often as you like. Just make sure
to offer variety, so your customers would never get tired of seeing
your information.

Some of the simple examples are:

Straight Discount
2 for 1
Bring a friend get a bonus
Fr..ee checkup
Fr..ee evaluation or consultation
Fr..ee sample
Get a fr..ee coffee with your lunch
Etc…

Do whatever you need to bring customers back, because once they
visit you, there is a good chance that they will buy additional
items or spend more money for your products and services. Never
stop promoting your business, because your customers are the key to
your success.
