www.paypal.com PayPal, a subsidiary of eBay, is the most popular online payment service - operating in over 190 markets. Unfortunately, Pakistan is not among them. On approaching the Paypal representatives regarding the unavailability of PayPal in Pakistan, the following generic response is usually received via e-mail;
"Unfortunately, we are not yet providing services for the country or region in question. Establishing our service in each new country or region involves complex changes due to different regulations. We are always looking to expand our availability; however, due to the complexities of global expansion, we cannot provide a specific time frame.
We are working hard and look forward to expanding our services to additional countries and regions in the future."
So how does someone in Pakistan use PayPal to send and receive money? The answer is that one an Us au in limited ways but with great caution. To setup a PayPal account you need to do the following:
Ask a trustworthy person (relative, friend, spouse etcetera) in a PayPal-approved country to open a PayPal account using their mailing address and bank account details, and your e-mail address.
2. Once the account is ready, you will be notified via e-mail.
3. You can now start working online and >r    receiving payments into "your" PayPal account,dentified by your e-mail address.
4 Since the money on your PayPal account exists online, you can use it to make online purchases; to buy e-books, pay for Web hosting services, send gifts, make donations, trade on eBay etcetera.
