Getting Text Emails Displayed software and setups

The email software and setups will display your email in their own way so with such a numerous amount of the software and setup no one is certain how your email will be displayed by each of them.
However, we have come up with some of the practical tricks to ensure you with outcome of the closest possible appearance of your email nearly with every sort of software for email.
The four of the main problems with the display of text-only newsletters.
  • Line lengths
  • Links
  • Characters
  • Justification
Line lengths:
Email software has a problem as they keep breaking the lines of the text at inconvenient places. The outcome will be the poorly structured email content. The solution for this problem is to keep lines short and adding the hard returns at the end of each line. You must put limit to the number of characters for each line. The line should have limit of 65 characters.

Links:
The links can be put not keeping with the limits of characters. This is the case for displaying third-party advertisements. You can put long URLs in the given manner.
The URLs to be placed in newsletters must be clickable. So place them at right place. To put the URLs at right place make sure for the following point:
  • Write all URLS in full.
  • Don't forget to put space before and after URL.
  • Don't put brackets around URLs.
Ensure clickability of the links. Provide your page with the redirect pages. Commercial software is available for this purpose.
Odd Characters:
The odd characters are also another problem with the display of the emails. Odd character is anything which is outside the standard ASCII character set.
Although, we have modern word processing tools, which can help you create and edit text-only newsletter using these editors. Your email clients will then faithfully reproduce any character you can create.
Some of the word processor can add "odd" characters which may cause display problems in some of the email software. So the email composer which is recommended for editing tool is NoteTab. This tool includes spell checking and various other functions. So you can write all of your documents with this tool and later transfer it to word.
Justification:
Justification is our final display problem of the email. The alignment of text on page is the other phrase used for the justification of the text. You can use fixed space font for this purpose. Using fixed space means every space and character takes up the same amount of width. You are also capable of justifying your text at right or center of the page using space bar.
The fixed space trick is one which allows you to use ASCII characters to work out ASCII art. If you work out for the text and ASCII art at one the font and then convert it to other font it may come to be destroyed badly. So the solution is to use these justifications in such a way so that they remain same with all the fonts and with all the email software.
